Our cold brew is handcrafted in small daily batches using specialty coffees carefully selected and roasted by Kima Coffee, one of the top roasters in Spain. We love flavor profiles with fruity and floral notes that bring to mind summer fruits like apricot, peach, watermelon, or orange.
We change our coffees every three weeks, so each visit offers something new. We always use medium-light roasts—ideal for bringing out the best in the bean without losing smoothness. The result: a light yet characterful drink, free of bitterness—perfect for the Málaga heat.
