Espresso - foundation of our specialty coffee

Espresso was born in Italy, at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to Luigi Bezzera, who devised a method to prepare faster and more concentrated coffee using pressurized water. “Espresso” literally means “made instantly”, and over time it became a symbol of Italian coffee culture.
Today it is the basis of most coffee drinks: cappuccino, flat white, latte… But espresso, on its own, is an art.

We work with carefully selected microlots from countries like Ethiopia, Colombia, Nicaragua, Kenya, and Rwanda, seeking flavor profiles that are interesting, different, and unique.
