Our ceremonial matcha is Chiyo Mukashi grade—one of the most highly regarded varieties for its rich intensity, deep green color, and silky texture. Harvested in May 2024 in Kyoto, Japan, it comes from organic farms managed by Hayashi Hisashi, a grower with over three decades of experience cultivating tencha in the Tsuzuki, Ijitawara region. His dedication to quality and sustainability allows us to offer you a pure matcha that’s EU-certified organic, sugar-free, gluten-free, and 100% vegan.
Beyond its vibrant flavor, matcha is known for its high antioxidant content (especially catechins), its ability to boost focus thanks to L-theanine, and its energizing effect—without the typical highs and crashes of coffee.
