A Flat White has more coffee and less foam than a cappuccino. It\u2019s made with a double shot of espresso and a thin layer of steamed milk, giving it both strength and a silky texture. It\u2019s the perfect choice if you want a coffee with intensity, but also with creamy smoothness.
The name Flat White was born in Australia and New Zealand in the 1980s. \u2018Flat\u2019 refers to its thin, flat layer of foam, and \u2018White\u2019 to the milk that softens the espresso. In M\u00e1laga, some might describe it as something like \u2018a caf\u00e9 con leche with less milk and a touch of cream,\u2019 or simply a double mitad, but here we prefer to keep its original name \u2014 now a true international classic. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

At Bun we use specialty coffee microlots, carefully selected and exclusively roasted by Kima Coffee, our trusted roaster. Our goal is to highlight every profile \u2014 from sweet, chocolaty notes to brighter, fruity and vibrant flavors <\/span><\/p>\n
