Our ceremonial matcha<\/strong> is Chiyo Mukashi grade<\/strong>\u2014one of the most highly regarded varieties for its rich intensity, deep green color, and silky texture<\/strong>. Harvested in May 2024 in Kyoto, Japan, it comes from organic farms managed by Hayashi Hisashi, a grower with over three decades of experience cultivating tencha in the Tsuzuki, Ijitawara region. His dedication to quality and sustainability allows us to offer you a pure matcha that\u2019s EU-certified organic, sugar-free, gluten-free, and 100% vegan. <\/span><\/p>\n
